Ibiza closing parties 2026: the September and October calendar

In Ibiza the season does not fade out quietly. Every weekly night throws its own closing party, then every club throws one for itself, and for about three weeks the island has more last nights than ordinary ones. For many regulars it is the best part of the year: fewer people than in August, and everybody determined to make the last one count.

How closing season works

There are two layers. First the residency closings: each weekly night — a DJ, a brand, a promoter — plays its last date of the year. Then the venue closings: the club itself shuts for the winter with one final party, often starting in the afternoon. Some came early this year: FISHER at [UNVRS] on 10 September, Swedish House Mafia at Ushuaïa on the 13th and RESISTANCE at Amnesia on the 16th are already over. Dates below are the night a party starts, so a Saturday party ends on Sunday morning.

Late September

• Friday 18 — CUE Ibiza Closing Party at 528 Ibiza.
• Sunday 20 — Travieso Closing Party at Lío Ibiza.
• Wednesday 23 to Wednesday 30 — a run of closings at Ibiza Rocks Pool Club (Bingo Brunch, Ibiza Anthems, R&B Affair, Nothing New), ending with the pool club's own closing party on the 30th.
• Thursday 24 — Martin Garrix Closing Party at Ushuaïa Ibiza; HUGEL presents Make The Girls Dance Closing Party at Hï Ibiza.
• Monday 28 — La Fiesta! Closing Party at O Beach Ibiza; Peace N' Music Closing Party at Akasha, Las Dalias.
• Tuesday 29 — Joseph Capriati presents Metamorfosi Closing Party at Amnesia; Gordo presents Taraka Closing Party at Pacha Ibiza.
• Wednesday 30 — Tomorrowland presents Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike Closing Party at Ushuaïa Ibiza; Meduza & James Hype present Our House Closing Party at Hï Ibiza; Toy Room Closing Party at Lío Ibiza.

The first week of October

The big closing weekend: 8 to 11 October

This is when most of the big venues shut for the winter, and these are the tickets that go first.

• Thursday 8 — Marco Carola presents Music On Closing Party, part one, at Pacha Ibiza; Teletech Closing Party at Amnesia; Defected Closing Party at Chinois Ibiza.
• Friday 9 — Hï Ibiza Closing Party; David Guetta Closing Party at [UNVRS]; Glitterbox Closing Party at Amnesia; Music On Closing Party, part two, at Pacha Ibiza; Cova Santa Closing Party.
• Saturday 10 — Ushuaïa Ibiza Closing Party, from midday; Amnesia 50th Anniversary Closing Festival; [UNVRS] Closing Party; Pacha's Grand Closing Weekend, part one, with Flower Power; Crême de Crême Closing Party at Playa Soleil - Bora Bora.
• Sunday 11 — O Beach Closing Party; Destino Closing Party with Marco Carola presents Music On Daytime at Destino Five Ibiza; Pacha's Grand Closing Weekend, part two, with PAWSA.

After the big weekend

Not everything stops on 11 October. In our calendar, Es Paradis in Sant Antoni keeps going until the end of the month with its own run of closings, from Fiesta del Agua on Monday 26 October to Puro Reggaeton on Friday 30 October, and Chinois Ibiza has TRIP Closing Party on Sunday 1 November. A few boat parties also keep sailing well into October. Some venues, DC-10 among them, are not in our calendar at all: check their own website.

How to do a closing without the stress

• Buy from the official source. The big closings sell out, and resold tickets on social media are where people get scammed.
• Sort out the way there and back before the night. Taxis on a closing weekend are scarce. Share a car with people going to the same club — Ibiza Connects has a ride-share section for exactly that — or check whether the night bus is still running that week.
• Plan for the daytime ones. Several venue closings start in the afternoon: eat properly, drink water, and bring sun cream and a layer for later.
• Go with people. Every party in Ibiza Connects has its own group chat, so you can agree a meeting point before the doors open.
