Cala Xarraca

A cove of coarse sand and rocks in a broad bay on the north coast, between Sant Joan and Portinatx, with fishermen's boathouses and rocky corners on both sides. The water is very clear and the seabed varied, making it one of the north's good snorkelling options. It has a restaurant, sunbed hire and parking.
How to get to Cala Xarraca
Signposted left turn on the Sant Joan–Portinatx road, then a road down to a car park above the cove.
