S'Arenal Gros (Portinatx)

Portinatx's main beach, at Ibiza's northern tip: pale sand, sheltered shallow water and a setting of pines and hotels. With a lifeguard post, sunbeds, restaurants and water sports, it works well for a day out with children. A footpath leads from the village to the Punta des Moscarter lighthouse.

In Portinatx, north of Sant Joan; there is parking and buses run from Ibiza Town, Sant Joan and Santa Eulària.
