A pebble beach about three kilometres long that skirts Ses Salines Natural Park beside the airport. It is not comfortable for sunbathing and water shoes are advisable, especially in easterly winds, but it offers long shoreline walks, views of Cap des Falcó and aircraft passing very low overhead, a draw for photographers.
How to get to Es Codolar
From the Sa Canal road, take the signposted turn towards the salt mounds and a dirt track to a parking area; buses only reach the Sa Canal junction.
