Cala Vedella

A broad cove at the end of a deep, sheltered inlet, with fine sand, a very gentle slope and usually calm water, which makes it very family-friendly. Around it are restaurants, boathouses, homes and paddle-surf and diving schools. Lifeguards work in season, the rocky edges reward a look underwater, and the sun sets at the mouth of the inlet.
How to get to Cala Vedella
Signposted turn outside Sant Josep, at kilometre 13 of the Ibiza road; in summer a bus from Sant Josep stops very close to the beach.
